We ensure that you are finely trained through hands on teaching, practice and repeated exposure to the best pastry techniques. Chef Hong, our Pastry Chef represented Team Malaysia in Asia Pastry Cup in April 2012 and won a Silver medal. Chef Tan won Gold in sugar Display. Chef Ko Wai won Silver in Dress the Cake. Chef Frederic Oger won a Bronze medal in Chocolate Display.
